What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Website use: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected with cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, understand how the site is used and improve it, and measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Our suppliers and shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send order emails.
• Analytics and advertising partners such as Google, Meta and Microsoft, if those tools are active on the site, to measure visits and ads.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Sharing information with advertising partners for targeted ads can count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, email support@ashgrovegoods.com with the subject "Do not sell or share". We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then delete them.

Children

Our shops are not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
